ESPRIT – R&R pop-up



To promote the latest R&R capsule collection at ESPRIT, we collaborated with a cafe in Sham Shui Po to launch a successful 3-week pop-up event aimed at reaching a fresh and younger generation. Over the course of 4 weeks, my partner and I led the project from idea generation and venue sourcing to set-up design, PR and advertising planning, and operational and logistic management. Our efforts resulted in the acquisition of 100+ new customers for the company’s e-commerce platform and a growth of 20K Instagram followers. Overall, this experience showcased my ability to work collaboratively and effectively manage complex projects from start to finish.
