At I.T, I contributed to the objective of driving traffic to the store by partnering with vendors and local small businesses to organize giveaways and workshops during weekends and festive seasons. I also played a key role in generating a correct segmentation database for the retail team, enabling them to invite the right customers and engage with them to raise the repurchase rate.
