At I.T, I played a key role in improving the FIVE CM’s social media presence by revamping the Instagram account’s art direction, copy, and content strategy. Prior to my involvement, the account lacked resources, had low engagement, and featured monotonous content with no clear calls-to-action. I initiated a on trend collage art direction and suggested adding more content related to the brand’s DNA, as well as incorporating more engaging copy. These changes resulted in a significant improvement in the account’s average reach and engagement.
