In-store Activation

I hosted an in-store activation event aimed at increasing foot traffic for Singapore Paragon store. My main responsibilities were vendor sourcing and management to provide engaging activations that aligned with our brand’s goals. Additionally, I analyzed VIP data to generate a call list for our retail staff and provided on-site management during the event. The effort resulted in a significant 40% increase in sales over the weekend compared to our average figures.
